Villa Namasté

The Namaste Villa in La Trinité-sur-Mer, a 3-minute walk from the harbor, offers an all-inclusive rental package that includes bed linens, bath towels, tourist tax, and a final cleaning.

We named it Namaste as a symbol of welcome and in honor of our three children (NAya, MAnoe, STEvan). It’s a house nestled in lush greenery within a quiet residential neighborhood with no direct neighbors across the way. Since it’s a quiet neighborhood, loud parties are prohibited.

Large living area featuring:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- 2 central islands with a SMEG range (induction, gas burners, 2 ovens)
- 1 wall-mounted kitchen unit, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks (one equipped with a Grohe Blue Home system for filtered still and sparkling water), microwave, refrigerator, toaster, KitchenAid stand mixer, and many other kitchen appliances.

In the cupboards, you’ll find salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, condiments, and paper towels to get you started. If any of these items run out, please restock them for the next guests.

Dining room:
- 3-meter table with 10 chairs + round table with 4 chairs

You’ll have a nice set of tableware to set a beautiful table. Sometimes items get broken, so there’s a small “breakage fund” jar. A “breakfast” cabinet with a percolator coffee maker + bean grinder (filled for the first brew), toaster, electric kettle, and drip coffee maker. Please bring your own coffee beans or ground coffee.

Living room:
- Beige corner sofa, 2 coffee tables, 2 end tables, 1 TV with a lift-up mechanism and a large glass door. Travertine tile flooring. Adjustable sunshades on the 4-meter-long built-in window and in the TV lounge.

First Floor: Master suite with a 160 double bed, bathroom with double sinks and a double shower, plus a walk-in closet. The suite opens onto the terrace and garden.

UPSTAIRS

Terracotta: Bedroom with a 160 double bed. Bathroom with bathtub and sink, walk-in closet. Hardwood floors, roller shutters. Suite with access to a terrace and balcony.

Emeraude: Bedroom with a 160 double bed. Bathroom with shower and sink, walk-in closet with hanging space. Hardwood floors and roller shutters. Suite with access to a terrace and balcony.

Azur: Bedroom with a 160 double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink, and tall sideboard-style storage unit. Small desk + 1 black wooden chair. 2 ottomans. Hardwood floors and roller shutters. Suite with access to a terrace and balcony.

1 bathroom with sink, bathtub, and a HAMMAM (sauna with hot steam).

Separate toilet and sink

The Lookout: Large attic room designed like a ship’s cabin: 2 double beds (160), 2 single beds (90). 1 living area with 2 armchairs and poufs, and a children’s playroom.

Board games (in the drawers under the 90 beds), toys, pencils, markers, coloring books…

All bedrooms are equipped with new mattresses with protective covers and pillows with pillowcases. Sheets and linens (kitchen and bathroom) are provided, as well as foutas for the spa and beach towels. Please do NOT use the bath towels for the spa or beach.

Baby kit x 2 (crib, linens, bathtub, changing pad, high chair, potty) provided upon request.

GARDEN

- 1 patio in front of the master suite, with a lounge chair for 2 people
- 1 dining terrace with a table for 14 people,
- 1 Traeger pellet grill (pellets provided for the first night; please bring a bag of Traeger pellets for the rest of your stay)
- 1 awning
- 1 sun deck
- 1 fire pit with oven (please bring a small bag of firewood)
- 1 7-person hot tub (to use, please be clean; rinse off any sand from the beach and wash your feet in the footbath)

Washing machine, dryer, Tancarville, refrigerator, freezer.

You’ll have all the comforts of home: amenities, books, board games, beach games, shuffleboard, and bowling.
