A Conversation with Laurent Gounelle
To mark the publication of *Life Is a Great Adventure* by Mazarine, we are pleased to welcome Laurent Gounelle to Quiberon.
The novel is set in a boys’ boarding school in Canterbury, England, in 1916, which must cope with the departure of teachers called to the front. For the first time, the school decides to hire a woman. Who is this Mary Campbell with her innovative methods, and why does she fascinate as much as she unsettles?
