Artists on Stage - 3rd Edition

This year, APA—Artistes du Pays d’Auray, with more than 50 professional and independent artists, organized several artistic events. In the spring, the exhibitions “LE SILENCE M’A DIT… ” at the Chapelle du Saint-Esprit in Auray and “ROCHES & BEAUX BOIS” at the Chapelle d’Arradon; and in September, the 14th edition of the book fair “DES COULEURS À LA PAGE,” held for the first time at the

Petit Théâtre in Auray, once again won over the public.
For this fall, two artists—Jean-Marc Simon, a painter, and Jean-Pierre Dupuich, a visual artist—in light of the success of the last two editions, proposed to the association’s executive board that they renew the group exhibition “ARTISTES EN SCÈNE ” at the Petit Théâtre in Auray.

For this third edition, 16 artists (painters, sculptors, photographers, and visual artists) participated in the event, with complete freedom in choosing what to present:

- Mick Abbott
- Lise Blanchet
- Chantal Cardon
- Martine Casteleyn
- Krystyna Charlot-Grosz
- Yannick Huiban
- Cécile Laparra
- Loïc Larguier
- Luc Maillard
- Claire Pendelio
- Christian Pierrefixe
- Marie-Catherine Puget
- Luc Letailleu
- Jean-Marc Simon
- Laurence Thomas
- François Weigel

Artists will be creating works on site, and the public will be able to appreciate their talent both in the gallery and on the stage, where they will set up a workshop.

Opening reception and informal meet-and-greet with the artists on Tuesday, November 3, at 6 p.m.
