Learn how to fish sustainably and respectfully. Observe and marvel at this incredible biodiversity. A multitude of animals and algae, more or less visible, live on the foreshore. Understand how all these living beings, which existed long before us, can withstand all weathers. Do they have the magical powers to live just as well when the sea is there as when it's gone? What are their secrets? What do they eat? How do they reproduce? Can we eat them? What are the rules? Anecdotes about the life and habits of some of them, and the sexuality of a seafood platter.
And seaweed? Live or dead, what are they good for? Is it dirty? Can we eat them? What are their virtues?
