Family Tour: Destination Neolithic!
Wednesday tours, for ages 8 and up.
A family-friendly tour that will help both children and adults understand the history of this site dating back thousands of years.
Who built the megalithic monuments? How did they live? What did they eat? What tools did they use in their daily lives? These and other questions are explored through displays of replicas of prehistoric artifacts and a guided tour of the site.
Admission requirements:
Children are the responsibility of their accompanying adults. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Anyone without a ticket (children and adults) will not be permitted to participate in the family tour.
Meet at the visitor center at the Locmariaquer Megalithic Site—15 minutes before the activity begins.
*Please note: Pets are not allowed on the site (except for guide and service dogs), even if carried in a carrier.
Prices: Adults: €7 / Ages 8–17 and eligible groups: Free
