Sea rescue courses
Are you 10 years old or over? Come and learn how to save lives in the water on our professionally supervised course!
Program:
- Swimming and approach techniques
- Towing, getting out of the water and first aid techniques
- Awareness of risks at sea and beach safety
A fun, sporting and useful experience to build confidence at sea and learn to protect others!
- Location: Grande plage de Quiberon or Centre aquatique Neptilude.
Meet at the Neptilude aquatic center reception desk.
- Dates: 5 sessions Monday to Friday during summer vacation
Schedule: 1:15pm-2:15pm
Ages 10 and up
Prerequisites: Mastery of the 3 strokes and good ease in Crawl.
