Guided tour taking in several megaliths along the wild coast, leading to the heart of the village of Manémeur.
A 3-kilometer walk to explore the variety of structures (standing stones, covered passageways, passage tombs, etc.), construction techniques, their functions, the richness of the artifacts found, and their preservation—not to mention their role in the site’s designation as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We’ll also touch on the beliefs of the past, the latest scientific findings, and certain theories. In short, an overview of the megalithic phenomenon and a glimpse into life during the Neolithic period.
Walk along easy trails; please wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather
