Tour duration: approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes
In the event of unforeseen production-related issues, the tour may be canceled on an exceptional basis. You will be notified and receive a full refund.
To ensure the best possible experience and compliance with our manufacturing standards:
Required attire: Closed-toe shoes required; shorts, skirts, and open-toe shoes prohibited; Equipment provided on-site: Lab coat, hairnet, mask, shoe covers (and beard cover if needed)
Items prohibited in the workshop: Jewelry, watches, cell phones, cameras; No nail polish or fake nails (gloves available if necessary)
Visitor comfort: The workshop can sometimes be hot and noisy; earplugs are available upon request
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in denial of access to the tour, with no refund.
