Every Friday evening, Studio Mova joins forces with Domaine "Le Galet" in Saint Philibert to offer you an escape for body and mind.
Whether you're a beginner or already practicing, sporty or not, yoga is a discipline accessible to all. An ancient practice, it offers a gentle and complete approach to both physical and mental well-being.
