Yoga: On the Eve of the Equinox, Find Your Center

Office de tourisme d'Erdeven - 12 rue des Menhirs
56410 Erdeven
In a daily life marked by rushing, performance, and the constant drive for “more,” take a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Through five Hatha Yoga sessions, set out to find your perfect balance. Each session explores a specific aspect: grounding, polarities, breathing, movement, and refocusing.
With a gentle and accessible approach—free from the pressure to perform—the sessions combine postures, breathing, relaxation, and sensory awareness.

You can participate in a single session or several, depending on your preferences and availability.

Five stops along the way to feel, breathe, and rediscover your own balance—at your own pace and in tune with yourself.

For this final session, we’ll take advantage of the approaching spring equinox, that special moment when day and night are in balance.

In harmony with this change of season, we’ll focus our attention on our axis, our center, and our inner balance. An invitation to slow down, return to yourself, and gradually embrace the renewal of spring and its light.
Through postures, breathing, and relaxation, this session will offer a time to refocus, tune into your sensations, and rediscover your own balance.

A moment to pause, return to what matters most, and welcome spring with mindfulness.

This session is open to everyone, whether or not you’ve participated in previous sessions.

What to bring: flexible and comfortable clothing is recommended, a yoga mat, and a blanket for the relaxation period (optional).
