We produce :
*our wheat in Erdeven, near the Ria, and in Landaul on family land,
*our flour with our own mill

Then we knead the dough by hand, bake the bread in our wood-fired oven and... sell it!
From seed to bread" is an approach that makes a lot of sense to us: it guarantees the quality and preservation of our breads, and enables us to make a living from our land. It's a real way of creating value in a small-scale, artisanal way."

Our cereals are organically grown from hardy varieties.
Our flour (semi-complete, type T80) is made on site using a stone mill. All the nutritional qualities of the wheat (fiber, minerals, vitamins, etc.) are preserved.
Our bread is made with natural sourdough and Trinité salt, making it highly digestible and revealing all its flavor. All bread preparation (kneading and shaping) is done entirely by hand.

The bread is baked in a wood-fired oven, which gives it all its character and ensures excellent preservation.
