Through Farfad'Algues, Mathieu shares his passion for cooking and seaweed by offering you four original and subtle seaweed tartares that will enhance your appetizers as well as your main dishes—just like pesto or mustard!

In partnership with a collective of seaweed harvesters near Roscoff, Farfad'Algues also offers a variety of dried seaweeds for you to cook with yourself.
