This year, La Cour d’Orgères is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its Espace Découverte, a unique space dedicated to the world of artisanal jam. Enjoy an immersive culinary tour and free tastings to discover the secrets behind our creations.
For over 50 years, our Master Artisan Jam Makers have carried on a rigorous family tradition, guided by a passion for flavor and the pursuit of excellence.
Marie-Charlotte and Vérène Indekeu are reinventing jam through bold and refined recipes that bring out the full richness of the fruit. Much more than just a sweet spread, jam has become a true gourmet product, capable of enhancing both sweet and savory dishes—from everyday meals to the finest dining experiences.
The workshop is open Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Open on Saturdays during school breaks.
Delivery by GLS within 24–48 hours throughout France and Europe, free with purchases of €35 or more!
