Come and enjoy all the secrets of a family tradition!
Founded in 1946 in Quiberon by Yvonne and Raymond Audebert, Les Niniches, the only artisanal confectionery in Brittany, is now celebrating over 76 years of tangy existence. For 4 generations, traditional manufacturing processes have been perpetuated: sugar, local salted butter, Guérande salt, old copper cauldrons, and all the know-how of the Artisan Confiseur!
Today, one of the last confectioners of yesteryear invites you to share his passion in his Espace Découverte. You'll be able to watch the making of our artisanal specialties: Niniche, awarded "Best Candy in France" and available in 50 flavors; Salidou, a tender caramel with salted butter; Palourde, a delicate puff pastry of butterscotch and fine praline...
You can also find our waffles, ice creams and crêpes in our historic store at 5 Boulevard Chanard, facing the sea. You can also place orders all year round on our website: www.maison-armorine.com
Free visit and tasting:
Monday to Friday except July-August: 11am and 3pm
July - August: 10am, 11am, 2.30pm and 3.30pm
Closed from November to February.
This year, 2023, our visiting area is closed from January to March.
