Introduction to shellfish gathering: Learn to fish clams, cockles or razor shells according to the rules of the trade and discover the various shellfish on our coasts. Duration 1h30.

Discovery of algae: Wouldn’t it be great to discover the culinary benefits of algae while taking a stroll?. Throughout this outing, nature guide Mélanie Chouan, will introduce you to different algae, at low tide and give you recipe ideas for preparing your meals as best as can be. At the end of the outing, you will taste a seaweed tartar and receive a free booklet on algae. Duration 2 hours.

24 hours of immersion in the heart of the forest

Welcome around a vegetable aperitif, friendly "zero waste" picnic (mobile phones are not included). Meeting with the trees, wild picking for the evening meal. Approach and exploration of the Roh-Du dolmen. Taste the flavours. Preparation of the camp for the night in the forest. Preparation of the game and the meal from our picks. Storytelling evening around the game. Night under the stars*. Energy breakfast with oatmeal (speciality of Brittany). Land Art workshop. Final pot at the Marh-Du rally point.

* a shelter will be made by the group using tarpaulins collected from an organic market gardener....
