Pluvigner

Discover Pluvigner, a bustling commercial city in a rural environment. A land of music and dance, festivals and encounters, there are many opportunities to experience the vitality of Breton culture and to appreciate the simplicity of a warm welcome.

Saint Guigner, the parish founder, gave his name to the town: "Plu" parish in Breton, associated with "Guigner", the name of the patron saint. His relics are carried in procession on the Day of Atonement. Legend has it that Saint Guigner made water spring from his stick at the exact spot where his fountain now stands. On the Day of Atonement, patients with rheumatic diseases were to drink this water.

Here, there are dozens of churches and chapels. They make up the landscape of the countryside and are the pride of the villages that have preserved them.

It has many paths, explore the hiking, cycling and horse riding trails.
